DOMINICAN REPUBLIC: PRAYER OF THE FAITHFUL

One man in church that had faithfully served God prayed for a wife. Once he got married and had children, he got busy with the responsibilities and fell away from God. His wife stayed in church and at the altar.
At the wake we greeted him. We prayed with him and God touched this man. Praise God.
He was in church tonight and received prayer. Then he went up with his family and they all got prayer together. God is moving.

DOMINICAN REPUBLIC

God is moving in a different way this trip. On the plane when we hit turbulence, a woman next to Candy started screaming. She grabbed my wife’s, Sister Candy’s, hand and said, “Pray!” Sister Candy prayed for the peace of God. We prayed for about half an hour. We learned that she had been attending a church in Brooklyn, NY. She was coming to the Dominican Republic because her father was sick. We prayed for him.

One of the Pastor’s 15-year-old son was hit while on his motor bike and killed. We went to the wake last night and the funeral today. We were able to share the love of God and pray with the people. The father has a special love for Pastor George and was glad we were here.

Please pray for Juan, his family and the entire village of Munoz. Thank you.

PAKISTAN: LIKE AT PETER’S HOUSE

Many of our meetings have been set up as healing and miracle campaign meetings. In these meetings the Lord usually speaks to me exactly what to do so that he will meet needs of the people. Many times, after preaching, he has me call five people up to the platform with various physical problems such as headaches, back pain, knee pain or full body pain. I usually call someone who has hearing loss and someone who is blind or has very poor vision. Then all of us pray for the people that we have called forward. Each one got healed and testified that the Lord had just healed them. Glory to God!
When the people in the audience see this and hear each person’s testimony it increases their faith. This helps the other people in the meeting that will come up for prayer also believe that God will do the same thing for them as we pray for them. In one meeting the Lord inspired me to do this and to use the story from the Bible about when Jesus went to Peter’s house. At Peter’s house Jesus prayed for Peter’s mother-in-law and she was healed. Then many people from the city came to Peter’s house and they were all healed and delivered.
I called up five people out of the audience who needed to be healed. We re-created that scene on the platform. The first woman was healed from full body pain. Then person after person told me that they were healed. The last woman we prayed for was a very elderly woman. She could barely hear, walk, or see and she also has severe mental issues. She told that after prayer she could see the back of the church clearly and before we prayed, she could only see objects quite close to her. Praise the Lord!
We then prayed for the needs of every person that came to the meeting. Virtually everyone told us the same thing, that all of their pain was gone and they were healed. Praise God for his grace, love and mercy.

PAKISTAN: SALVATION ARMY MEETING

For several days now I have been staying at in Salvation Army church complex. This church has daily 5am to 6 am prayer meetings. The pastor told me that at least 100 people attend these prayer meetings six days a week. I was scheduled to be their Sunday morning speaker. Pastor Khurram’s wife was the interpreter. The church is quite large. There were at least 800 people who attended the meeting. For over 100 years, all of the Salvation Army churches start their Sunday morning meetings at 6 AM and they close by 8 AM.
This morning’s meeting went past the usual time. As we called the altar call for salvation and healing so many people crowded around for prayer that I had to get up on the platform and pray for the people individually over the railing! One by one they were getting healed very quickly. This morning most of the people were healed within seconds. The long line of men and women seeking God for their prayers to be answered dwindled down as after prayer, person after person with a smile on their face told the interpreter that they were healed. Over all about 300 people were healed this morning and others came to Christ for their soul’s salvation. Praise the Lord!
One young man that had been away from God and had been doing drugs and smoking cigarettes gave his life back to Christ. Another girl that had been going to church faithfully but was not saved confessed Jesus Christ as her Savior. Honestly, I was so amazed at what the Lord did in this church today. We saw so many people healed so rapidly. Thank God For his wonderful grace!

PAKISTAN: FREE FROM DEMONIC POWER

We were called to the house of the woman who had been bound by demon power for 18 years. She was constantly sick and had nightmares regularly. Many of the pastors of the largest ministries in Pakistan had prayed for her, but she had never received her deliverance.

Pastor Khurram, this woman’s pastor, her family and myself prayed for her fervently. After about 10 minutes, a demon started speaking through her clearly. He said that there were many spirits inside of her and that they were sent to her by five people that were involved in black magic. We continued to pray for her and command the demons to leave her body in the name of Jesus. She started to vomit so she ran outside and vomited out all the demons that had tormented her for many, many years. This was the day of her deliverance! Jesus loved this woman so much that he set her free today. Praise the Lord!
