Thinking I had booked my flight to the Philippines for 1:45 in the afternoon, I had booked a ticket on a bus to bring me to the airport in New York. Around 12:45 in the morning as I was packing to go, I noticed something regarding my next trip and went to send an email regarding it before I left. When I did, I found an email stating that my flight was changed from 1:45 am to 9:43 am. I am always very careful about being on time especially for flights. I was stunned. My original flight was not in the afternoon, it was 1:45 in the morning! If my flight had not been changed, there would have been no way that I could have made it. I had just enough time to finish packing, make new travel arrangements and to get to the airport. In over 100 flights I have taken, I have never seen a flight postponed over 7 hours. God is already working miracles already on this trip.

GOING TO THE PHILIPPINES
Monday, May 13, I will be going to the Philippines. We will be in Tarlac for 9 days, Ilagan, Isabella for 7 days and finishing up in Cagayan de Oro for 5 days. During this trip we hope to see many souls saved and many miraculous healings take place as we travel and hold meetings in these areas. Please keep us in prayer. Check back for our blog reports throughout the trip!
INDIA: IN THE SLUM AREA
We were brought to a slum area tonight to pray for some people. When we arrived, people start gathering for prayer. Many of the people were Hindus. About 60 people were there so we preached a short message to everyone. The last time we were here in February, as we preached God’s word on the streets, 40 people gave their life to Christ. But on the other end of the street, about 40 people were calling upon demons to come down in their witchcraft meeting. No demons could manifest themselves during that time. We found out that two weeks later, the warlock that led those meetings left his wife and moved to the place where he was born. She became a Christian and she was in our meeting tonight. They do not have these witchcraft meetings anymore. We heard the same testimony that we keep hearing, ‘If Jesus heals me, I will serve him forever.’ The woman who first told us this was struggling to walk and she was in obvious pain. After prayer, she walked quickly back and forth. She said that she had just a slight bit of pain. We know that pain will also leave her. About 15 Hindus gave their life to Christ and every person that we prayed for told us they were healed. Evangelist Jonathan told me each person he prayed for also got healed tonight. Praise God for the great work he is doing among the people of India.
INDIA: SUNDAY NIGHT IN A TRIBAL VILLAGE
Pastor Joshua brought us to a tribal village about 30 kilometers from his home. He wanted us to pray for the Christians in their homes. When we arrived, there were about five Christians waiting of us. The houses were huts with straw thatched roofs. Within five minutes, several Hindu families started walking out of their huts to join us. Pastor Joshua told us that they all want to accept Jesus and be healed. We briefly spoke to them about Jesus love for them personally and the reason he died upon the cross. Every one of them asked Jesus into their heart. The first woman, who got prayer for her legs which were in constant pain, told me, “If Jesus heals me, I will serve him forever.” The Lord, who is so faithful, healed her. Every person that was sick got healed and about 10 Hindus gave their life to Christ tonight.
INDIA: TROUBLE WITH THE POLICE
On Thursday November 22nd Evangelist Jonathan Barcia, myself, and Pastor Joshua were brought to the police station in the state of Tamil Nadu in South India. We were ministering in an outdoor revival meeting when an RSS member called the police to complain about a gospel meeting being conducted outside. The RSS is a fanatic nationwide group of 5 million members, including the prime minister of India. Their goal is to remove all Christians from India.
We continued the meeting until the end and the Pastorsattended to the police. After the meeting, we were taken to the police station. There were about 20 people there. While we were waiting to be questioned, Evangelist Jonathan and myself started praying and quietly speaking in tongues. We then started a conversation back and forth in Spanish openly because we knew that noone there would have a clue of what we were saying.
The police chief started yelling and using many offensive words to accuse and belittle Pastor Joshua in front of everyone. Then he told his officers to arrest him after he spoke to us. They took my passport but returned it to me right away. When he started questioning me as to the purposeof my visit, I answered him. I started asking him some unique and challenging questions about his country and his government. Some of his officers were dyingto arrest me. I became quite theatrical and this apparently amused him. We keptgoing back and forth for about 10 minutes on many different issues. He welcomed the challenge since he seemed quite intellectual. He kept smiling as I posedvarious questions to him.
Their big issue, we discussed, was the conversion of Hindus to Christianity. I reminded him there is a big difference between what they accused Christians of and what actually happens. No one is forced to convert. Conversionsis by choice by their free will.
He finally released us, as well as Pastor Joshua, with awarning not to preach outside without their permission, which they would not grant without a high amount of money being paid to the court as well as to thepolice for their protection.
We plan on preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ boldly where ever God sends us. The Lord will move as he did in the book of Acts. Thank you so much for praying for us and our host pastors. Although we were challenged, God truly gave us a great victory tonight.
