MUNOZ, a small town on the outskirts of SANTIAGO where Pastor Apolinaria and her church are located. This is the first Pastor and church that God sent me to the Dominican Republic back in 2006. It is wonderful to be back here on my first mission trip in 15 months. The first night here we had a meeting in Pastor Apolinaria’s church. I preached on the scripture Matthew 10:1, “And when he had called unto him his twelve disciples, he gave them power against unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all manner of sickness and all manner of disease.” We are his disciples in 2021. I also ministered on the scripture John 15:7, “If ye abide I me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.”
During the altar call, many people came down for prayer looking for the Lord to heal them. They had back pain, pain in their knees, circulation problems, stomach disorders and wrist pain. Several of the people who came for prayer had limited range of motion. Every person told us that, after prayer, all the pain was gone and they could move absolutely normal. They were all healed very quickly. Hallelujah!
Pastor Apolinaria had injured her wrist over a year ago when she fell in her kitchen. But after prayer, she grabbed a cloth that was hanging on the podium and started twisting it with the wrist that had been injured. Glory to God she was totally healed and pain free! She was rejoicing and everyone was praising the Lord in the congregation.
After the meeting, I joined Sister Darlene on our regular 8:00 Saturday night broadcast on George Teachman Ministry FB Page. At the end of the broadcast, we prayed for several people who were in pain. The same thing happened. They all commented the good news to us that the Lord Jesus had just healed them. Praise the name of the Lord forever! I am truly in awe of what the Lord is doing in this day.

It’s been 15 months since I set foot on a foreign mission field. It is so good to be back on the fields! See the map above for the itinerary of the first part of my trip.

Just a few weeks ago this area of the Philippines was hit by a devastating Typhoon with major flooding. Lives were lost and many homes were destroyed. They were already struggling to recover from the devastation of over 20 typhoons that hit this year. Crops destroyed, COVID lockdowns, and daily rain; Pastora Lisa and her church have distributing much needed packs of food as the donations come in. Now it is Christmas time. The funds have been used to sustain life. Without more donations, the children will go without for their Christmas Celebration. No food. No presents. More hardship even at Christmas. This morning I preached on the river of God and what happens when the river of God flows in your church and in your life. As I preached, the Holy Spirit fell upon everyone including the children. I could see tears flowing down many cheeks as the people sought a fresh touch from God.

When I started to pray for the people at the altar call, the Holy Spirit instructed me not to lay hands on the people, but to have the whole church pray together for each person who had come to the alter for healing. When the river of God flows in the church, everything that it touches will be cleansed and healed. About ten people came to the front to be healed. I told them not to leave the altar until they were fully healed. Within a few minutes, all of the people were healed! Praise the Lord!

At the end of the altar call, I told the people that it is not the American laying hands upon you that brings your answer from God, but his word brings you the answers to your prayers. We all witnessed the power of God in such a special way today. This was my last full day with Pastor Joshua and his family. Praise the Lord from India.
