UGANDA: DELIVERANCE FROM DEMON BONDAGE

A lot of people are bound by demon power here in Uganda. In two services we prayed for six people that were very bound by demons. They all started screaming out and shaking violently as we prayed for them. All six were young ladies. All of them had to be restrained by the ushers so that they would not hurt the people. As we were praying for one of the ladies and delivering her, the demon started talking through her. He was saying, “I have come here to make all of the people here poor. All they want to do is worship God but I will make them poor.” The demon repeated this several times in a defiant voice. I then commanded the demon not to speak in the name of Jesus. There is a lot of witchcraft practiced here because of the great needs of the people. Delivering people that are in such a condition is always a battle. That is why we covet your prayers when we are in these countries.
In the Sunday night outdoor revival meeting many people were also healed. Many people testified of being healed of stomach pain which usually comes from the unclean water. Others were healed from back pain which often comes from their long hours of working on their jobs. The pastor of the church was healed of stomach and back pain while in his office. One woman had a large hole in her flesh just below her knee. She was trying to stand up but she was in such pain that several times we had to hold her up as she was collapsing to the ground. We then prayed for her in Jesus name. She started leaping up and down several times. She was praising God in a loud voice for her miracle. Praise God! Please continue to keep us and all the work we do together here in prayer.
